When you post a listing or send a message, our AI automatically scans the content for signs of fraud — unrealistic prices, advance payment requests, fake contact details and misleading descriptions. If something looks suspicious, you'll see an amber warning with the option to edit your content or proceed. It works in real time with no extra steps needed.

Can I relist an expired listing?

Yes. Go to your dashboard, find the expired listing and click Relist. Your listing will go live again for another 30 days at no cost. You can also enable Auto-Relist when creating or editing a listing — it will automatically renew every 30 days without any action from you.

After completing a transaction, visit the seller's profile page at /users/[seller-id] and scroll to the Reviews tab. Click "Leave a Review", select a star rating and write a comment. Reviews are linked to a specific listing so other buyers know exactly what the experience was for.

Listings are active immediately after posting. If yours is not appearing, check that the status is "Active" in your dashboard. Make sure your title and description include relevant keywords — our search matches against both. Boosted listings appear at the top; a free listing may appear lower on a busy category page.

Yes — both individuals and businesses can post on ListGarum for free. There is no limit on the number of listings. If you post regularly, consider boosting your key listings to stay visible. For bulk imports, contact us and we can help you upload large catalogues via CSV.

We currently accept eSewa for all promotion payments. Payment is processed securely via eSewa's official ePay v2 gateway with HMAC-SHA256 verification. Your boost activates instantly once payment is confirmed. We are working on adding Khalti support soon.
